Emergency
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, feeling in deep distress, or have thoughts of hurting yourself or others, please go to your nearest emergency room or call 911 for Emergency Services.
Please do not be afraid to reach out for help.  When you arrive at the ER the provider will meet with you and determine if you need admission to the hospital.  Typically patients are only admitted for a few days to develop a treatment plan so you can get back to functioning in your daily life.
